Trebor Developments and partner Hillwood have appointed Readie Construction as their contractor Gateway 4 at Doncaster.
Readie Construction will serve as the main contractor for their project – a state of the art distribution centre.
Completion of the site is due in September this year, following work beginning in February.
The high-quality 409,000 sq ft building is available on competitive leasehold terms.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor, on behalf of the partners, said:
“It is great to see work about to start on site with this very large, speculative industrial development following the completion of the site purchase this month.
“This is the largest single speculative building we are delivering from our current programme across the UK. We expect strong interest given the quality of location and building, with availability in Quarter 3, 2020.”
