Keebles employment team is set to host a series of interactive sessions aimed at HR professionals from across the region offering in depth training on topical employment law issues.

The first workshop will focus on ‘Disciplinary Matters’ and will take place on Thursday 27 February.

The courses follow the launch of the team’s ‘KIHRA’ portal and invite HR professionals, business owners, managers and all those responsible for Human Resources and people issues to come and take part.

Running February to June 2020, the courses will be hosted at Keebles Sheffield head office located in the city centre and led by expert members of the specialist employment team.

Topics include disciplinary matters – effective handling from investigation to appeal, managing sickness absence and disability, pregnancy and maternity rights, successful settlement agreements, and managing business transfers and outsourcing (TUPE).

Head of Employment, Catherine Wilson, said: “I’m looking forward to launching our public training courses in what will be a huge step forward for our employment team.

“Above all, our down to earth approach to employment law will enable you to protect and meet your own organisation’s interests.”

Keebles regularly hosts a range of HR events, with training courses specifically focused on teaching a practical and lawful approach to people issues.

The courses are tailored and developed based on direct feedback from clients as to what the ‘most wanted’ courses are.

The prices start at £185 +VAT. You can book your place by contacting Laurie Jackson on laurie.jackson@keebles.com
