Sheffield’s Omnia Property Group is looking forward to welcoming the first tenants to its first major project in the Welsh city of Swansea.

The new student accommodation complex in Swansea  – the Oldway Centre – is located close to the university campus and Swansea city centre and many local attractions such as the city’s celebrated Castle.

The property which has many great features – including a games room, a cinema room and 24-hour reception service –  will welcome its first residents for the start of the autumn term and Omnia are already reporting high levels of occupancy in the development.

The Oldway Centre marks a new era of growth for Omnia, enabling the development of further business opportunities in Wales and supporting the company – made up of Omnia Space, Omnia Offices and Omnia Estates – as it continues its national expansion.

Its current portfolio includes the management of 1,000,000 square feet of office space, 1500 residential properties and student beds across the UK and more than 1,800 block management units – more than £350,000,000 worth of property in total.

Across the group, Omnia is committed to delivering flexible solutions, value for money and the highest standards of customer service to all clients, whether they are landlords or tenants, maximising income and minimising expenditure.

“We are delighted to finally be welcoming our first student tenants to this prestigious new development, which takes the Omnia name into new areas for growth,” said Omnia Operations Director Amy Ryan.

“We pride ourselves on our reputation for developing personal relationships with all our clients and after months of hard work getting Swansea ready, we are certain we have a development that exceeds all expectations.

“This is an exciting time not only for the students who are embarking on this important new phase in their lives but also for Omnia as we develop what we believe will be a major new area for growth.”
