The landlord of a 5,300 sq ft office suite in Sheffield has used COVID-19 to rethink the refurbishment scheme.

Landlord Clarke Properties has completed a £150,000 improvement plan on Sovereign Court off Barrow Road in Sheffield focussing on flexibility of space for occupiers and essential car parking spaces at the ground floor suite in the East of the city.

The high spec internal accommodation features a flexible, open plan, L-shaped floor plate which can be adapted to accommodate approximately 50 employees working from the office base or from home, with additional room for break out areas, while ample parking provides an attractive added bonus for staff.
