Business is built on judgement, trust, and reading the room and this interactive session puts all three to the test.
Inspired by the hit TV show The Traitors, The Faithfuls is a facilitated strategy game designed to challenge how you collaborate, influence, and make decisions under pressure.
You will take part in a series of team based challenges that mirror real business dynamics, balancing cooperation with competition, and logic with instinct. Hidden traitors operate within the group, subtly undermining progress, while the wider team must work out who to trust and when to act.
Along the way, teams earn “fun money” through successful task completion, before reaching the critical decision point: identifying and eliminating the traitors. An experienced host guides the session, ensuring everyone is involved and that the learning carries through into meaningful discussion.
This is not just a game. It is a practical way to explore leadership styles, communication, persuasion, group dynamics, and decision making in a safe but revealing environment.
