I was inspired to start my business by …

I had a daughter at the same time as starting CC33 and I wanted to build something for her and my family that they’d be proud of me for creating.

At the time, I saw a gap in the market for a transparent, high quality, end to end contact centre solution that would focus on work delivery rather than the numbers of ‘bums on a seat’ mentality. I’d worked for companies and owned companies, but never was an MD.

I always wanted to progress, so it was my next obvious step in my career to take.
