Trebor Developments, with partner Hillwood, has appointed J F Finnegan as the main contractor to construct two speculative industrial units on a prominent plot adjacent to Doncaster Sheffield Airport (DSA).
In April 2019, Trebor Developments and Hillwood agreed terms with Peel L&P to acquire the land and the high quality units of 45,876 sq ft and 59,159 sq ft will be built together and available for occupation in mid-2020.
The two units will be suitable for manufacturing or distribution uses and benefit from large yards, good power supply and Category A first floor offices.
