For over 30 years, Sheffield-based double glazing company Global Windows has been at the forefront of the industry in our region. But rather than just tell you about the quality of their workmanship, we’ve asked Managing Director Liam Hulme to talk us through a recent project in Kirton, near Newark – alongside some great shots of the finished installation…
Kirton Installation
This project took us beyond Sheffield to Kirton, near Newark, where we installed 18 cream-on-white-grain flush casement windows with astragal bars and black monkey tail handles.
The customer had a specific requirement for flush windows, where the sash sits flush within the frame when closed. The astragal bars and monkey tail handles complemented the traditional style.
Alongside the windows, we installed a set of kitchen French doors in the same cream-on-white-grain finish.
While we’re based in Handsworth, this installation is a good example of how our work extends beyond Sheffield and South Yorkshire.
