The show home for the first residential development from the newly relaunched Ben Bailey Homes is now open for viewings and already ten properties have been sold.
HighFields at Mansfield Road in the village of Clowne, is the first development for Ben Bailey since the brand was revived by parent company Conroy Brook earlier this year.
The development’s show home in the village between Sheffield and Chesterfield and close to the M1 on the Yorkshire/Derbyshire border, is now open and the first families will be moving into their new houses in spring 2019, with the whole site scheduled for completion by 2020.
HighFields is a development of 41 family houses being built with the support of the Homes England Building Fund, the national scheme that has created a £3 billion fund to increase the number of homes built in England.
‘’The whole Bailey family is delighted to see Ben Bailey Homes return under the ownership of Conroy Brook, a private family-owned company which has a customer focused culture and a track record of building top quality homes in Yorkshire’,” said Sales and Marketing Director Jon Bailey.
“Seeing this site develop has been an exciting time for all of us and we are delighted to be able to invite the public to take a look at our show home, giving them a detailed impression of the high standards we will be bringing to North Derbyshire.”
