One of the key aspects of the support we offer at Brook is that once we have completed a project with a client, we don’t want the relationship to end there. The client might have utilised one or two of our services but often when we are working on specific projects, they might not be aware of the breadth of consultancy services we can offer. With that in mind, we recently launched our new retained service.
The Brook Retained Service is a dedicated support service delivered by our consultants to give you the best support in your area of need, helping your business grow and succeed. By using our retained service businesses have access to a range of expert areas including strategy, ISO system implementation, lean implementation, environmental sustainability and net-zero, sales process design, marketing, HR services, health and safety, international trade, leadership and management.
We offer three levels of retained service for a fixed monthly fee, but businesses will only pay that fee if they use our services – if they do not require support every month, there is no charge in the months when they don’t use us. If a business owner needs more support than their current package contains, they can either pay for extra hours or take the next package up. We have tried to keep the offering as simple as possible because we know running a business can be stressful and we want to provide that support seamlessly.
Every business needs to recruit well, make itself known within its industry and comply with legislation. The Brook Retained Service is ideal for business owners who cannot afford to employ a permanent HR manager, marketing manager or health and safety officer, but still need that expertise to meet those aforementioned needs.
