Coda Planning, the fast growing Sheffield based planning consultancy, has launched a new London office.
With planning projects being steered to successful conclusions across the country, Coda Planning has more than doubled turnover from its Sheffield headquarters in historic Kelham Island.
And now, following five successful years of planning consultancy work with many clients across the south east, director of Coda Planning Adam Murray has opened their first office specifically to meet the growing needs of clients in that key area for development.
Based in Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire, the new office is directly next to the Metropolitan Line underground station.
It will give the Coda Planning team even greater access to its growing London and South East client base.
Clients include Simco Homes – Coda Planning is currently working on 12 projects with the company, ranging from strategic land promotion to large mixed-use developments.
Another major achievement has seen the successful delivery of Clarendon House in Watford, which saw Coda Planning receive planning permission for a 14 storey proposal with four storeys of office space and 10 storeys of residential accommodation above in a landmark location for the town, Watford’s tallest new building for decades.
“Based on this level of success and our fast growing south east client base, we knew the time was right to open a permanent base, to meet that demand,” said Adam.
“This is an exciting time for the whole Coda Planning team, reflecting the great range of clients we already have and the success we have had in this amazing part of the world, where the need for new housing is growing all the time.
“The size and complexity of the projects Coda Planning is now undertaking really does show how far we have come in the past five years and proves that we can consistently deliver complex planning projects.
“Along with a great portfolio of projects in Sheffield, of course, and throughout the north of England, we really are now firmly established as a leading national authority on all matters related to successful planning.”
