On Wednesday 5th February Redbrik will welcome property investors and those interested in investing to Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane stadium for a series of talks on how and where to invest in property in 2020.
In addition to great networking opportunities and hospitality, four expert talks will take place, starting with Redbrik’s Lettings Director, Peter Lee.
Peter will open the event by discussing the effect which the tenant fee ban has had on the industry, as well as the continued importance of a good-quality property.
He will be followed by Abigail Wilks, Redbrik’s Lettings Area Manager for Chesterfield, who will speak all about the forthcoming legal changes to tenancy and eviction legislation.
Next will be a presentation from Connect Financial Solutions, which will discuss the various options for financing a Buy-to-Let mortgage, with Redbrik’s Lettings Area Manager for Sheffield, Jennifer Hitchman, providing the final expert talk.
Jennifer will consider the pros and cons of renovation against new builds and give an overview of Redbrik’s Lettings Service.
There will also be the opportunity for networking following the four expert talks, providing the chance to discuss key points raised at the event with fellow property experts.
