Leading national commercial law firm Harper James Solicitors has expanded its Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of Solicitor, Mark Gudgeon – further bolstering the firm’s offering to clients.

Mark brings with him in excess of 15 years’ experience, including time with CMS (formerly Nabarro LLP) and Freeths. Mark specialises in resolving commercial disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings for a wide range of commercial and public sector clients. Stand out areas of expertise for Mark are public procurement challenges, reputational management, IT/technology disputes and complex contractual disputes.

This appointment comes amidst continued and strong growth for Harper James, which has recently taken on a further three solicitors as well as having opened office facilities in Manchester’s Piccadilly Plaza.
