Sheffield based IT support company Resolve celebrates 15 years in business this June.
Founded by Andrew Seaton in 2004 after he graduated from Sheffield Hallam University, Resolve has grown from a one-man-band to a thriving team of 31.
The business provides vital IT support to over 200 SMEs across South Yorkshire and beyond. Resolve’s unique blend of specialist technical knowledge and top rate customer service has seen the company go from strength to strength, winning the customer service award at the Sheffield Business awards three years in a row.
Over the 15 years, much has changed in the tech industry and Resolve has remained at the forefront of these advancements to ensure customers continue to get the best out of their IT. Cloud services have become much more prevalent, offering clients more control over their systems. And, threats to cyber security have increased, leading to Resolve rolling out a Managed Cyber Security Service to guarantee clients’ businesses remain protected.
