A leading luxury property developer has launched a development of more than 30 new homes near Chesterfield.

Work has started on The Pastures, a new development of 33 houses and bungalows in Long Duckmanton which will be designed and built by luxury property developer Woodall Homes, on the outskirts of Chesterfield.

The development, which will be marketed by award-winning Chesterfield and Sheffield-based estate agency, Redbrik, will feature 11 different house types, and will be a mixture of three and four-bedroom houses, three-bedroom bungalows and a two-bedroom apartment, all finished to a very high specification.

Woodall Homes managing director, David Wood, said: “We’re excited to have released phase one of our latest new development of luxury homes, The Pastures, which is coming soon to the region.

“Purchasers at The Pastures will be able to enjoy stunning views over open countryside, as well as great transport links – the development is situated just over a mile from the M1 motorway and not far from Chesterfield town centre.

“We can’t wait to see the development take shape in the coming weeks and months.”

Properties in Phase One of The Pastures in Long Duckmanton are available for reservation – for more information visit https://www.woodallhomes.co.uk/developments/the-pastures-long-duckmanton/.

The development is due to be completed by early 2021.

Barlborough-based Woodall Homes has been delivering luxury homes since 2011, and has brought more than 100 new homes to the region in the last two years.

The property developer’s most recent projects include Scarsdale Green, a development of 78 new homes in the north Derbyshire village of Bolsover, as well as St. Mary’s Walk, an exclusive development of luxury bungalows in Newbold, Chesterfield.
