A home energy efficiency business in Sheffield has welcomed Rother Valley MP Alexander Stafford to its headquarters to discuss how the governments new Green Homes Grant is set to benefit households across the region.
Alexander Stafford met staff at All Seasons Interiors at their head office in Waleswood, Sheffield and had a tour of the premises, meeting some of the 60 staff employed by the firm.
All Seasons Interiors, founded in 2017 by business partners Richard Moule and Kevin Oldfield, are helping homeowners access the Green Homes Grants and deliver energy saving improvements including, insulation (internal wall, external wall, room in roof, loft and flat roof), central heating, and air source heat pumps).
All Seasons Interiors director Richard Moule said: “It was a pleasure to welcome MP Alexander Stafford and discuss the funding that’s available to homeowners in England for home energy improvements. The government’s new Green Homes Grant is set to benefit many people and we’re proud to be one of the accredited businesses involved in delivering services.”
The Green Home Grants are set to go live in September 2020 and vouchers up to the value of £5,000 will be available to homeowners in England to cover at least two-thirds of the cost of eligible measures. In addition, those on lower incomes could get vouchers of up to £10,000. The vouchers will cover energy-saving measures including double glazing, energy-efficient doors, heat pumps, solar water heating and insulation.

Thanks to Mick for showing me around and to Rich and Kev for explaining so much to me. We discussed the new Green Homes Grants that has set aside £2billion to improve people’s homes – and is especially targeting low quality housing stock.
“Under this scheme people could get up to £10k for their homes and would benefit many areas in Rother Valley, including parts of Maltby.
“All Seasons is a rapidly growing company providing many ‘green’ jobs, and operates all over the UK – from Cornwall to Scotland. It is a huge asset for our area. Keep up the good work.”

Only registered traders can carry out the work and companies must be MCS registered or TrustMark approved to qualify, and All Seasons are accredited with both!
