Bag It Don’t Bin It, the Sheffield company which makes and prints fair trade, branded cotton tote bags, has welcomed a trio of new faces.

Sam Teale has been appointed as a new junior designer in an internal move from his role as part of the production team.

Sam said: “I wanted to be able to do the best I could from the start in design, so I spent my remaining time in production learning as much of the intricacies of all the printing services we provide. I am really proud to be working with the design team and look forward to developing my role.”

Tracey Owen is a new account manager. Tracey has worked in commercial insurance for over 20 years and was drawn to BIDBI because of the environmental stance and creative nature.

Tracey said: “I’m very passionate about the environment and reducing plastics. I think the BIDBI products are very important for businesses and individuals to buy and use.”

Alexandros Malatestas has joined the production operative team in a role involving digital transfer printing and screen-printing, after working as a warehouse operative for a large fashion company.

“During my trial shift I enjoyed how well the team got on with each other, and how friendly they were. Everyone has been so helpful.”
