Barnsley College is holding an online information session on Wednesday 26 August at 3.30pm for anyone interested in studying the part-time Level 2 Electrical Installation course. Visitors to the session can find out more about the course and tutors will be present to answer any questions.
The course is perfect for anyone who is currently working in the electrical industry and would like to increase their knowledge or for those who are interested in becoming an electrician. Focusing on the skills and knowledge required for a successful career within the industry, students will learn about the regulations required for safe electrical installation, wiring, circuits and installation procedures.
The course is offered on a part-time basis and classes will take place in the evening, making it perfect to fit study around work and home life.
Steve Paton-Eley, Programme Manager for Engineering at Barnsley College, said: “This is the first time we have held an online information session and it will be a great way for visitors to find out more about the Level 2 Electrical Installation course. The session will be informal, and we are looking forward to chatting to prospective students and letting them know how the course can help their careers progress.”
