For our October event, unLTD and Brook Consult are bringing together five local experts to share five practical ways to make your business more profitable – without ChatGPT, robots or asking an algorithm to write your marketing plan.
We’ll be looking at how you can:

We’ll also be showcasing our new partner venue, The Psalter, from former Rafters co-owner and head chef Tom Lawson – who’ll be serving up lunch on the day.

Digital – Ross Musgrove, Bravand
Is your digital setup actually helping your business, or are you spending money on things that aren’t really doing very much at all? Ross will look at some of the areas worth checking and where businesses could be getting more for their money.
Processes – Jack Kershaw, Brook Consult
Every business has those jobs that take too long, involve too many people or have somehow always been done that way. Jack will look at how tightening up your processes can save time, cut waste and help things run more efficiently.
Costs – Sam Newton, Gravitate
Making more profit doesn’t always mean finding more customers. Sometimes it means taking a proper look at what you’re already spending. Sam will explore where unnecessary costs can creep in and what businesses can do about them.
Customers – Dom Brook, Brook Consult
You’ve already done the hard bit and won the customer. So how do you keep them? Dom will look at ways to encourage customers to come back, spend again and tell other people about you.

Happy, engaged teams tend to be better for business. Our fifth expert will share practical ways to get your people more involved, motivated and pulling in the same direction.
