IT support provider Resolve kicks has welcomed four new members of staff.
In order to support the rapid increase of sales in 2018, the Sheffield based business has expanded its team substantially, employing Jordan Wooding and Oliver Rowan as apprentices, Adam Ridsdale as technical account manager and Joe Winstanley and Luke Elsom as helpdesk engineers.
Resolve concluded 2018 with its strongest quarter to date, procuring eight new support contracts in just three months, breaking all previous sales records in the business’s 14-year history. The expansion of team ensures all customers are still able to access IT assistance quickly.
With an outstanding customer service reputation to uphold – three-time winner of Excellence in Customer Service at the Sheffield Business Awards – Resolve has also promoted Lee Hollindale to Customer Service Manager. Lee will make regular visits to clients to check they are still receiving an outstanding service.
Managing Director, Andrew Seaton says: “I am delighted that we have had our best quarter since we were founded 14 years ago. The team here at Resolve is focused on providing a ‘Continually Outstanding Customer Experience’ and I am proud of the team as delivering on this has driven growth.
"It is great to welcome our two new apprentices – Jordan and Oliver. Resolve has had a long tradition with apprentices, and we are pleased to be developing the next generation of IT experts.”
