When South Yorkshire youth homeless charity Roundabout had a problem with drainage at their city hostel, they called in the experts from Sewer Solutions – and the firm announced that there would be no charge for the work.
The Roundabout hostel is located near London Road and is a vital part of the organisation, providing safe accommodation for 27 young people aged 16 to 21.
“We feel that the work Roundabout is doing in Sheffield to help our young homeless people, especially at the moment, is fantastic and we wanted to show our appreciation,” said a Sewer Solutions representative.
Roundabout Chief Executive Ben Keegan said: “Like every other charity we have been financially hit by Coronavirus but we have been very proud to maintain our services throughout the pandemic.
“The generosity of companies like Sewer Solutions is extremely important to us and we thank them for everything they have done for us.”
