Frenchgate Shopping Centre Doncaster is encouraging shoppers to get happy with the launch of its enriching Happiness Movement.

The Centre is promoting positivity in all forms with this new campaign and is asking shoppers to get involved and share what it is that makes them happy while they are visiting Frenchgate. They will also be launching a happy manifesto, competitions and shoppers will see happiness facts and quotes popping up around the Centre to inspire them to think positive.

Karen Staniforth, Assistant General Manager at Frenchgate, said: “We want to send a really positive message to our customers and hope that they will embrace our happiness movement.

“It is often in the most unusual places where we find the most joy. Our aim is to make Frenchgate our shoppers happy place – surrounding people with positives, liberating them from feeling glum, giving an overall lift and a joyful experience.

“We are asking Frenchgate’s loyal shoppers to engage with us on our social platforms, by using the hashtag #FrenchgateShareYourHappy and share their stories of what makes them happy when they visit the Centre or think about Frenchgate.

“We are very mindful that we play an important role within the community that we serve and want to try and empower our shoppers and to focus on what makes them happy.

“Visiting Frenchgate is a multisensory experience and we want to make it as enriching for our loyal customers as we possibly can.

“Happiness comes in many forms from a coffee and catch up with a friend to finding your perfect shade of lipstick, updating your wardrobe with the latest key trends or making a charitable donation to one of the centre’s charity partners.

“We are really looking forward to hearing all the happy stories and how Frenchgate makes a real positive difference to people’s lives.”
