Redbrik Estate Agents and Urbana Town Planning have formed an exclusive partnership to provide landowners with additional support in order to accelerate the development process.

Under the mantra ‘Together, we can give you more’, the duo will combine efforts by sharing ideas and expertise. Redbrik’s Land & New Homes division will supply Urbana with expected values and current market activity, as well as referring developers for planning consultancy services.

Equally, Urbana will recommend that their clients speak to the Redbrik Land & New Homes team for advice on sales and marketing. This will enable both parties to support developers and landowners throughout every stage of the development journey, resulting in more suitable housing for modern buyers.

Providing a full in-house service and working closely with developers, Redbrik Land & New Homes has gone from strength-to-strength over the past 12 months, with upcoming projects including a prestigious new residential development in South Yorkshire and an exciting urban scheme in Sheffield city centre.

Redbrik Land & New Homes Manager, Jen Beal, explained: “We are seeing more and more examples of landowners who have applied for the wrong type of planning permission on a site or have schemes drawn up without considering the huge implications of planning.

“By starting the conversation early and involving planning experts such as Urbana, we are confident that we can help developers get the best possible start.

“This is truly a one of a kind partnership here in the city, and we’re extremely proud to be a part of it.”

Urbana Town Planning has vast experience of delivering planning consents for development across the country and has built up great working relationships with local councils.

Urbana Founder & Managing Director, Adam Murray, added: “Redbrik is very much a company that is aligned with our consultancy’s values – we love Sheffield and are honoured to serve the city.

“We’ve already received initial enquiries from local developers who are particularly interested in the wide-range of support we can provide as a result of this partnership.”

Earlier this year, Redbrik Land & New Homes became part of the Land & New Homes Network. The network’s national coverage means Redbrik have relationships with builders, developers, investors and non-competing estate agents from across the UK.
