Understanding Gen Z in the workplace
Generation Z will soon surpass Millennials as the most populous generation on earth, with more than a third of the world’s population counting themselves as Gen Zers. Last year a survey revealed that 74% of managers and business leaders find Gen Z more difficult to work with than other generations. Is this simply a normal generation gap issue? Or is there something fundamentally different about Gen Z that means businesses will have to adapt to both accommodate and prosper from the millions currently entering the workplace?
This Business Breakfast explores what Gen Z wants from employment, how that differs from previous generations, and how to leverage Gen Z’s undoubted potential.
Hosted by Phil Turner of unLTD Business, the panel features:
Emma Redfern (Founder, Studio Self-Made), Rebecca Morris (Owner, Benchmark Recruit), Georgia Brookes (Sales and Production Assistant, Steel City Marketing), Daniel Bumby (MD, Simoda IT) & Stevan Parkin (Twitch Partner and entrepreneur).
Event includes:
• Q&A Session with the panel
