Neapolitan Pizza & Street food restaurant and bar Proove is to open its second Sheffield restaurant at Centertainment leisure park this August 2018.
It will be the third full service restaurant for the Sheffield-based restaurateurs, who have sites in Broomhill in Sheffield and West Didsbury in Manchester, plus two Deliveroo Editions Kitchen sites serving pizzas for delivery in Manchester and Leeds.
The restaurant will be the first independent brand to open at Sheffield’s Centertainment complex – home to one of the busiest cinemas in the country – and next door to the FlyDSA Sheffield Arena.
The opening of the restaurant will also see the creation of 45 jobs, and the Proove team are holding speed-dating style ‘live auditions’ in a bid to find the very best people to join the new Centertainment team.
Proove, who pride themselves on exceptional service and exceeding expectations, are looking for individuals who share these values. They’ll be hosting quick-fire audition days where Proove hopefuls will be put through their paces, meeting the management team via a series of mini ‘one to one’ sessions.
The auditions are happening at Proove’s Broomhill restaurant over the next two weeks.
