Yorkshire law firm Keebles LLP has advised leading global aerospace and defence firm Pattonair on its multi-million acquisition of aircraft parts distributor, Adams Aviation.
The Derby-based aerospace organisation has strengthened its portfolio with the acquisition of the Surrey based aircraft parts company. Keebles’ Corporate Finance team acted as legal advisers to Pattonair on the deal.

Matt Ainsworth, head of Keebles’ corporate and commercial team, said: “We were pleased to work with the team at Pattonair to facilitate the acquisition.
“This transaction is a fantastic fit for Pattonair and it is a pleasure to play a role in this high-profile deal.”
Wayne Hollinshead, Pattonair CEO, said: “At Pattonair we have a strong history in the aerospace industry and we are delighted to be further strengthening our position in the market.
“This deal presents us with new opportunities for growth, with Adams currently working with over 130 different product manufacturers”
