Located just down Surrey Street, The Fitness Club Central (TFC) has undergone a refurbishment of its two floors, and have developed a brand-new smartphone app to give users a helping-hand in monitoring their progress and booking their work-outs.

The club will be fully-equipped with gym facilities and a wide-variety of cardio equipment, ranging from cardiovascular and weight-resistance machines to treadmills, cycles, x trainers, steppers and Concept 2 rowers.

There is also a brand-new studio offering 35 hours of classes a week designed for all levels of fitness, including aerobic, muscle conditioning, sport specific and dance orientated class workouts.

TFC also have an experienced & fully certified counsellor dealing with both physical and emotional issues. You can also get help putting together bespoke nutrition plans and receiving physiotherapy.

After a work-out, there are a range of pampering options on hand. Carole’s has almost 30 years’ experience in styling European hair, whilst the Curly Locs Salon specialises in mixing texture hair and afros.

Sheffield will get the opportunity to see all the new facilities at the grand opening at 5pm tomorrow, with free prosecco and canapes for guests to enjoy alongside a live DJ and demonstrations.
