Keebles has been named the Corporate Law Firm of the Year for the third year running, as well as winning three other categories at the Sheffield City Region Dealmakers’ Awards.
Securing the Corporate Law Firm of the Year award, Keebles was recognised for advising on many of the region’s high-profile deals in the qualifying period having been shortlisted thirteen times at this year’s event.
The judging panel noted the team as “excellent” and particularly praised the leadership of the firm’s head of corporate, Matt Ainsworth.
As well as Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Keebles won the Deal of the Year award (up to £2.5m) for the management buyout of Harvest Healthcare.
The firm also secured the top spot for the Mid-Market Deal of the Year (between £2.5m and £10m) for advising HSBC on its funding package to support acquisitions by Coppergreen Developments. And Keebles also won the Deal of the Year (£10m+) for advising on the sale of ALTEK Group to Harsco Corporation.

The award winners were announced on June 6 at the Mercure St Paul’s Hotel in Sheffield.
