Places are still available on a range of HNC/Ds, foundation degrees, degrees and Higher Apprenticeships at Barnsley College, starting later this month.

Based in the heart of Barnsley, the well-equipped Church Street campus offers an individual undergraduate experience giving students the skills and knowledge required to progress in their chosen careers. A wide variety of full and part-time courses are available in Animal Management, Art and Design, Business, Construction, Early Years, Education and Training, Health and Social Care, Media, Music and Performing Arts, Public Services, Sport and Travel and Tourism. Some courses only require a few hours study per week at the campus, the rest can be done outside classes.

Degree programmes at the College are awards of Leeds Trinity University, Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Hull. HNC/D programmes are validated by Pearson. Full-time course fees start at just £5,995.

Andrea Clarke, Director of Quality for Higher Education, said: “Studying Higher Education at Barnsley College will enable you to benefit from high academic standards, expert staff who are passionate about their subjects, excellent facilities and, on many courses, professional experience through placements. This means that by the time you graduate you will already have a CV to be proud of.

“Whether you want to continue your studies after college or you’re a mature student looking to retrain, we have a course for you starting this month.”

The College will be enrolling for 2019/20 on Monday 16 September between 9.00am and 7.00pm. To find out more about the College and the university-level courses on offer visit www.barnsley.ac.uk/highereducation, call 01226 216 123 or email info@barnsley.ac.uk
