Leading Yorkshire law firm Keebles LLP has been named within the top 10 legal advisors by Experian in Yorkshire’s deal-making community during the first half of 2020.
The firm have been praised for deals including the substantial investment made by Elysian Capital in acquiring a majority stake in SCX Special Projects, alongside the company’s existing management team led by CEO Andy Whitworth.
Keebles also advised on the successful acquisition of BresMed Health Solutions by US-based Arsenal Capital Partners. Led by Partner Michael Hall, the firm’s Corporate team provided legal advice to BresMed during the process.

Earlier this year, Keebles also advised on two other high-profile deals which included the sale of international equipment firm Zoedale to OEM Automative.
The firm also represented Doncaster-based John Hudson Trailers in their acquisition of Middlesbrough-based Tees Valley Trailers with the support of a £5m funding package from Natwest and Lombard Asset Finance.
The top 10 ranking comes after Keebles has been shortlisted 15 times in the Sheffield City Region Dealmakers’ Awards including Corporate Law Firm of the Year – a title the firm scooped in 2017, 2018 and then retained in 2019.
