Leading property consultancy, Commercial Property Partners has been named Agency Team of the Year at the Yorkshire Property Industry Awards, which took place at the New Dock Hall in Leeds.

The win, which coincides with the firm’s fifth anniversary this month, was awarded in recognition of both a ‘significant’ and ‘successful’ year for the Yorkshire-headquartered business.

In January 2018, the consultancy strengthened its reach, appointing Richard Wright to head up the firm’s first office base in London, alongside existing and established offices in both Sheffield and Nottingham.

Notably, in April this year CPP advised Logicor on the largest UK warehouse letting in 2018 of 615,000 sq ft at Sheffield 615, a site that provides an ‘unrivalled’ opportunity to the UK logistics and industrial market; alongside a host of other key transactions for the firm, including Eddie Stobart, Jack Wills, and Super G. CPP reported a net fee income of almost £3M in the last financial year, recording a considerable 108,000 sq. ft. office take-up in the period.

During the past year the business has also continued to grow its sister company CPP Facilities Management Ltd, established to focus on projects and property maintenance, and set to turnover more than £2.0m in its second full year of trading.

Roger Haworth, Partner of Commercial Property Partners (pictured) said: “After a strong five years of operation, and significant past 12 months of growth, we are now looking ahead once again, determined to build upon the successes we’ve achieved to date.”
