Sheffield-based media and publishing group Blind Mice Media, the company behind unLTD Business, Exposed Magazine and Meze Publishing, has secured strategic investment to support its continued expansion.

Digital entrepreneurs Andy Holliday and Andy Pritchard, founders of higher education search platform FindAUniversity, have taken a minority stake in the business and joined the board. They will work alongside existing directors Phil Turner and Nick Hallam, as well as Meze Publishing director Paul Cocker, to help guide the group through its next phase of development.

The investment arrives at a significant point in Blind Mice Media’s growth journey. In recent years, unLTD has worked at broadening its offering beyond print, establishing a busy events programme that includes regular networking events, an annual awards ceremony and a flagship business expo. The brand continues to strengthen its position as a platform for South Yorkshire’s business community.

At the same time, Exposed Magazine has seen notable growth across its digital channels, building a larger and more engaged online audience, while Meze Publishing is advancing its international sales and distribution strategy, exploring new markets and evolving its publishing model to support a wider range of authors.

Holliday and Pritchard bring experience in scaling multimillion-pound digital publishing businesses, alongside expertise in events and audience development. Their appointment is expected to support further innovation across the group’s portfolio.

Phil Turner, managing director of Blind Mice Media, said: “This opportunity has come at exactly the right time for the business. We have been looking closely at how we grow and refine our internal and external processes. Bringing in investment and experience of this calibre gives us both confidence and momentum.

“Just as importantly, Andy and Andy are an excellent cultural fit. They understand what we are building and where we want to take it. I am confident they will help us strengthen our services, unlock new opportunities and support our team as we enter this next chapter.”

Andy Holliday added: “Phil and the team have built something with real strength across all three brands. There is clear potential to develop the digital offer further and continue expanding the events programme. We are looking forward to working closely with the team and supporting the next stage of growth.”

The investment signals the start of a new phase for Blind Mice Media, with a focus on sustainable growth, diversified revenue streams and increased value for partners, clients and authors across South Yorkshire and beyond.
