As a growing SME in South Yorkshire, MOORE Insight, based in Sheffield, continues to commit to supporting young people across the region. With its highly successful recruitment drive to employ some of Sheffield’s brightest graduates through the RISE scheme, the company is now expanding its reach and influence to support more young people in other effective ways.
This month, the team at MOORE Insight have announced their partnership with Sheffield-based Endeavour Charity, whose mission is to empower young people and help them work towards a positive future.
The charity provides structured learning and personal development opportunities for young people who may not otherwise have easy access to such opportunities. Many of Endeavour’s activities include outdoor residentials and challenge events to help youngsters build confidence and make friends.
In selecting Endeavour as their partner of the year, MOORE Insight has committed to a fundraising target and will offer volunteers to the charity, as well as provide business support for the charity where required.
Kate Hill, head of business development and marketing and social value coordinator at MOORE Insight, said: “When we were introduced to the team at Endeavour, we saw an extremely hard-working charity doing some great things within the local community.
“We immediately felt that their mission aligned very strongly with our own ambition as a growing company, to support young people. As a learning and development focused organisation, we know how important it is for young people to get the support they need in order to reach their potential.
“We’ve worked with so many young people over our 30-year history and felt that this year, we really wanted to give back to and support young people even more within our local communities. We really want to encourage more businesses across the region to get involved in supporting the charity and others working closely with Endeavour.”
