Sheffield boutique gym TRIB3 is aiming to raise at least £20,000 for St Luke’s Hospice with the launch of its 2019 TRIBE3 28 Day Challenge!

TRIB3 was launched in Sheffield in 2016 and was almost instantly hailed as one of Britain’s best workouts by the influential Women’s Health magazine.

It has also been named one of the Top 5 hardest workouts in the world by the Sunday Times and now has branches everywhere from Moscow to Barcelona.

And throughout February, the TRIB3’s Ecclesall Road branch in Sheffield – the site where the TRIB3 story began in 2016 – is offering clients a 28 day sponsorship challenge which will raise money for the city’s only hospice.

The gym, will offer 28 sessions – all of which must be completed in February – for £40, with participants promising to raise a minimum £100 in sponsorship for the endurance challenge.

“This is a great way to get fit for the New Year and do something good for St Luke’s,” said St Luke’s Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager Joasia Lesniak.

“We are delighted that TRIB3 have decided to run a second 28 Day Challenge following on from the success of their 2017 event, which raised more than £18,000 – and this year we aim to do even better!

“It really is a great motivation to get fit, knowing that every pound you lose is a pound St Luke’s gains!”
