Sheffield restaurant Raffina by Reece Elliott has appointed a new restaurant manager and bar manager, following expansions to its food and drink offering.
Raffina by Reece Elliott on Ecclesall Road has appointed restaurant manager Jane Ibbotson, who brings more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She joins following her position as a restaurant supervisor at Fischers Baslow Hall.
Joining her is bar manager John Carr, who boasts more than 15 years of experience as a barista and mixologist across venues in Sheffield, Leeds and Exeter.
Before his move to Raffina by Reece Elliott, John held roles at The Decanter in Leeds and Public Bar in Sheffield. He is highly regarded in his field and gained ‘Top 100 cocktail Bartender status’ by Diageo in 2020.
Raffina by Reece Elliott is open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Saturday, with a full-tasting menu served alongside its à la carte menu on Saturday nights.
