Is ‘AI’ an opportunity or threat for your business? Well, local business consultant Andy Hanselman says the answer is a definite yes… to both. It all depends on what you’re doing about it.
Artificial intelligence is certainly one of the business buzzwords of 2024, but do you know what it can actually do for your business? Are you aware of the huge opportunities it can create for your business? What about those ‘threats’?
Well, now there’s a chance for you to find out and harness its potential. ‘AI ExplAIned’ is a free practical workshop put together by the Andy Hanselman Consulting team designed to help local business leaders make AI work for them.
“It’s quite clear that in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, AI is not just a buzzword – it’s a strategic ‘must have’.”
The breakfast workshop will take place at Pennine 5 in Sheffield City Centre on the morning of February 21st and is open to all local growing businesses.
Andy Hanselman explained: “We’ve been asked by The South Yorkshire Skills Bank to create something to help local businesses maximise AI, so we’ve teamed up with a group of fantastic experts to provide local business leaders with insights, examples of local businesses who are already using it and practical tools and techniques they can actually use.”
The interactive 90 minute session will introduce the ‘business basics’ of AI and its business practical applications. Participants will hear from experts from Hydra Creative, Gravitate, Resolve IT and Highlander.
Throughout the session, you will learn:
- The AI Fundamentals: Grasp the basics of AI technologies and their applications in business.
- Strategic Integration: How to strategically integrate AI into your business operations in areas such as improving sales and marketing effectiveness, maximising customer relationships, managing your people and improving productivity and profitability
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Understand the power of data and how AI can enhance your decision-making capabilities.
- Real ‘How To’s’: Explore real-world case studies of successful AI implementations in businesses like yours and get the tools to do the job.
There will also be the chance to carry out a simple self-assessment to see how you ‘measure up’ in the areas that count, providing you with a personalised ‘AI Implementation Plan’ for your business.
Andy added: “It’s quite clear that in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, AI is not just a buzzword – it’s a strategic ‘must have’.
“It can help revolutionise decision-making, streamline operations, improve productivity, create better customer experiences, maximise marketing and open new avenues for innovation to help you create real competitive advantage.
“AI ExplAIned will help businesses identify the steps they need to take to do that”
As well as learning from experts and getting answers to specific issues and problems, the workshop will also provide the opportunity for businesses to sign up for their four-session programme starting in March, which aims to help businesses put their AI plan into action with one-to-one support.
