Leading South Yorkshire recruitment specialists Andy File Associates has marked 10 years in business by expanding into new premises.
Having started out in 2009 with just £20,000 investment, Managing Director Andy File has grown the company into one of the region’s most successful recruitment consultancy’s, with three offices in Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster and a 10-strong team.
To celebrate a decade in business and a growing UK client base Andy File has relocated its Wickersley office into larger premises in the heart of the Rotherham village.
Andy File Associates specialise in accounts and commercial, apparel and merchandising, exhibitions and events, facilities management, IT, legal, technical and engineering, sales and marketing.
Andy File said: “We are extremely proud to be celebrating our tenth year in business and coupled with our recent office move this is a great time for the business.
“Our team has the resources and experience to source the best quality talent for businesses. They fill 75 per cent of roles by sourcing candidates via job boards, their own database and social media, whilst only 25 per cent comes from job board adverts.
“Between them they have over 100 years of experience working within the recruitment sector and some have been with me for the last eight years. We are very much a team and work hard for our clients and each other.”
Half of the team at Andy File Associates are now based out of the new Wickersley office, which is located opposite the Tanyard Shopping Centre. Other staff are based across the company’s Sheffield site at Aizlewoods Mill on Nursery Street and Fitzwilliam House in Doncaster. Andy File, whose long-standing clients include Stauff, Timberplay and Independent Forgings and Alloys, also has staff based remotely in Leeds, Lincoln and Wetherby.
Andy takes great pride in his role within the region and, to give back to the local community, has been a regular sponsor of Dronfield Rugby Club.
