One of Sheffield’s leading 4-star hotels has strengthened their team by appointing a new Sales and Marketing Manager.

Sarina Ratcliffe-Jones has joined The Copthorne Hotel Sheffield, part of the Millennium and Copthorne Group, from Welcome to Yorkshire and she is keen to her ensure the Sheffield venue becomes a must visit destination.

With 14 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Sarina is bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role at the Copthorne. She previously held roles at Sheffield United Football Club and has worked at four other hotels within the UK.

Sarina who is originally from Sheffield said: “I am thrilled to have joined the team at the Copthorne Hotel Sheffield. This year the hotel is celebrating its 10-year anniversary so it’s a great time to for me to arrive and bring my expertise and new ideas.

“I’m excited to introduce the Bottomless Brunch concept to the hotel as well as a new look afternoon tea offer and also an afternoon tea specifically designed for children. I am also really keen for the venue to promote our fantastic event space, especially for wedding celebrations.”

Sarina wants to ensure that the hotel plays a key part within the regional tourism sector and will be working with organisations across the city to promote the venue.
