CPP Facilities Management (CPP) has announced the expansion of its team following a new appointment.
Charlie Richards brings eight years’ experience in property refurbishments, fit-outs, and ongoing maintenance of commercial and residential properties to the award-winning business, with offices in Yorkshire, the Midlands and London.
The former property and renovation project manager is set to bolster CPP’s offering of a complete a fit-out, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance service.
The expansion of the property and facilities management team and extension of its in-house property repairs and maintenance service is a ‘direct response’ to the needs of CPP’s growing client base and the wider market.
In his role as Project and Site Manager Charlie will oversee the team of property construction and maintenance specialists – offering services including warehouse and office refurbishments; full fit-outs; general repair work; and building planned preventative maintenance to CPP clients, as well as a wider portfolio of property owners and tenants.
