Ahead of the unLTD Business Awards on 5th December 2024, we are delighted to announce the return of the award for ‘Inspiring the Future Workforce’ sponsored by See it Be it in Sheffield.
The See it Be it in Sheffield campaign brings to life the world of work for young people by linking up local businesses and employers with schools and colleges, providing young people with meaningful encounters with employers and experiences of the workplace.
The award recognises stand out performance for any SME in the South Yorkshire region in any sector, that has demonstrated meaningful engagement with young people and/or adults to inspire and enable their progression into the local labour market or business start-up.

On the 4th November, we’ll announce the shortlist and tickets will go LIVE.
They will be held at Peddler Warehouse on December 5, 2024 in Sheffield’s Kelham Island district, housing 500 people in an event that is apt for the region’s modern, forward-thinking businesses.
With our awards categories, you’ll only be up against businesses in your sector, while our awards entry and judging process is designed to be simple and transparent, in order to encourage participation.
