CPP FM & Projects has announced its full management line-up, bringing together an unrivalled team of professionals with expertise in the maintenance and refurbishment of properties across the UK.
CPP FM & Projects, a specialist company within the CPP Group, comprises of two core divisions: Maintenance and Projects – delivering a range of ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ facilities management, alongside fit-out, conversion, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
The newly announced team is headed-up by Managing Director Nick Wales, who has more than 25 years’ experience managing business and projects within construction, manufacturing, and property across numerous sectors.
Rosh Ramnauth takes up the position of Facilities Manager within the team, bringing over 20 years’ experience of all aspects of facilities management, planned & reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance within several industry sectors – both client-side and contractor-side.
Scott Cowlan has been appointed to Contracts Manager, with over 12 years of experience leading the delivery of nationwide construction and fit-out projects.
Site Manager Charlie Richards and FM & Projects Administrator Jess Browse complete the core line up, alongside the wider 20-strong team of engineers, operatives, and support staff.
