Crystal Peaks Operations Manager Steve Salisbury has been named Operations Manager of the Year at the shopping centre industry’s biggest night of the year.
The SCEPTRE Awards recognise the best practice and best people in the shopping centre industry.
They are the pre-eminent accolades in the shopping centre industry, putting the spotlight on management teams, retailers and suppliers that demonstrate real excellence.
Steve, who has been with Crystal Peaks for three years, received his award in a ceremony at London’s Dorchester Hotel.
And for the centre, which is currently marking its 30th anniversary, there was more celebration as both the Crystal Peaks Security and Customer Services teams were highly commended in their categories.
“We are so pleased that in this our 30th anniversary year, Steve’s outstanding contribution to our continuing success should have been recognised at the highest level,” said Crystal Peaks Centre Manager Lee Greenwood.
“We are extremely proud of everything he has achieved and are delighted too that our Security team should also have been recognised.
“In our 30th anniversary year, these industry accolades recognise the hard work that the whole Crystal Peaks team puts into making the shopping experience special for all our visitors.”
