South Yorkshire based company Doordeals will be the headline sponsor for Sheffield United Women for the upcoming 2020/21 season.

This agreement extends the relationship between Doordeals and the Sheffield United family to five years. Doordeals were the back-of-shirt sponsor for the Men’s team between 2016 and 2019 as they moved up the football leagues from League One to the Premier League.

Steve Naylor, Doordeals managing director said: ”Doordeals are delighted to be headline partner of the Sheffield United Women, with women’s football being an area that I held  previous responsibility for in my position as a club vice-president.

“I am looking forward to working with Zoe, Neil Redfearn and the team this season, and I am filled with excitement for a  season with promotion once again the aim.”

Zoe Johnson, SUFC Women’s general manager added: ”We are ecstatic to continue our partnership with Steve and the team at Doordeals. They have been superb supporters of the Women’s set up, and we are looking forward to working with them, and continuing the association this season.”

After finishing second in the 2019/20 FA Women’s Championship, new boss Neil Redfearn will be hoping to lead Sheffield United Women one spot further this season which kicks off against the London City Lionesses on September 6th.

Since starting trading in 2007, Doordeals has grown continuously supplying a wide range of high quality internal, external and custom-sized doors to retail and trade, in large part due to  the strong ties with Sheffield United and other strong local partners. Doordeals is now one of the UK’s leading online timber door retailers supplying a diverse range of timber doors and door furniture/accessories.

Previously based in Heeley, Sheffield, Doordeals recently relocated to a new headquarters on  Broombank Road in Chesterfield which houses offices, warehousing, and production.
