BA (Hons) Fine Art Practice third year students from Barnsley College will be showcasing their talents at the Rendered Intent touring exhibition which runs from Friday 4 to Sunday 12 May at The Civic Barnsley and the Church View Centre, Doncaster from Monday 20 to Friday 24 May.

The exhibition is the final show of this year’s BA (Hons) graduating class’s work, with the artwork presented comprising digital installations, painting and sound work.

Evan Wood, HE Curriculum Leader for Creative Industries at Barnsley College, said: “The Rendered Intent exhibitions close the final chapter on our graduating class of BA (Hons) students. Throughout the run-up to the show students have been exploring the blurred lines of digital technology, how it impacts us and shapes the way we experience life.

“This exhibition allows the public to view the incredible work developed by our graduating students and offers an opportunity to engage and discuss their work, offer support and guidance, satisfy a curiosity, be part of a community of artists and celebrate the necessity of making.”

To view the exhibition simply call into The Civic Barnsley between 4 and 12 May 10.00am – 4.00pm or the Church View Centre, Doncaster, DN1 1AF between 20 and 24 May 4.00pm – 6.00pm.
