Yorkshire businesses will be equipped with insights on how to help their staff rest and recharge their batteries outside of work.
Paul Dickinson, a former HR director and wellbeing specialist, will present at the next HR Network hosted at the Sheffield office of Keebles law firm on June 6.
The session is spearheaded by the firm’s employment law specialists who advise businesses and individuals on contentious and non–contentious matters.
Catherine Wilson, Keebles’ partner and head of employment, said: “Ensuring an effective work/life balance has taken on an unprecedented importance in today’s fast-pace environment.
“We’re looking forward to hearing Paul give attendees a wealth of tips and advice that they can pass onto their teams to help them switch off after work.”
Keebles’ HR Networks are aimed at HR professionals, business owners and senior managers who manage teams in the workplace.
Paul Dickinson commented: “Stepping back and resting after work is vital for enhanced personal wellbeing and business performance. It’s a proven fact that when we rest smarter we work smarter and employees and companies adopting this ethos have experienced wide-ranging benefits.”
