Knight Frank has let two industrial units on a Sheffield business park to leading schoolwear supplier School Trends within a month of being appointed.

The two vacant units totalling 12,525 sq ft at Holbrook Enterprise Park had recently been acquired by multi-let industrial business Stenprop as part of a larger property portfolio acquisition.

Committing to a five-year lease, School Trends, which has 29 years’ experience of designing, producing and supplying school uniforms to more than 5,000 schools and academies across the UK, was attracted to the business park’s location and flexibility of the space.

Creating a number of new jobs and further growth within the local region, these premises are in addition to its existing head office located at Carley Drive in Westfield, Sheffield.

Ben White, associate at Knight Frank in Sheffield, worked quickly to secure the new tenant.

He said: “Holbrook Enterprise Park is located on the Holbrook Industrial Estate, and was developed in 2008. It has become an established industrial location with high specification units – ideal for a growing business needing to produce and supply not only locally, but nationally.

“It benefits from excellent access to Sheffield city centre eight miles away, plus links to the motorway system are in close proximity.”

Holbrook Enterprise Park is already home to a number of occupiers including Toolstation, MPH Bespoke Joiners and GDL Air Systems.
