Award-winning property develop Conroy Brook has appointed a new site manager.
Liam Platts, who is 35 and lives in Barnsley, will initially be working on the company’s new Ben Bailey Homes site – a development of 41 properties – in the Derbyshire village of Clowne.
Liam has spent his working life in the construction industry, starting as an apprentice plasterer at 15 and developing his career with many leading national home builders before joining the Conroy Brook team.
Sales and Marketing Director Jon Bailey said Liam’s appointment and role ‘site managing this important new development, which marks the rebirth of the Ben Bailey brand’.
