The Job Role
unLTD is a multimedia platform connecting you with the Sheffield business community. At its heart is a monthly magazine distributed to a wide range of business across the city. The content is modern, relevant and focused on the issues that matter to a typical Sheffield business in the 21st century.
The unLTD team are currently looking to recruit an experienced sales person to join their team as an Advertising Sales Executive. Key duties for the role will include;
- Approaching SMEs around the Sheffield City Region to sell advertising space
- Attending networking events and tradeshows to help raise the profile of the magazine and prospect for new business
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
The successful person will be a driven and dynamic sales person, with experience generating leads and prospecting new business over the phone. Experience in magazines or advertising sales would be beneficial, as would having a passion for the region and contacts in place.
Full UK driving license would be desirable, but not essential.
