South Yorkshire based contact centre CC33 is set to create a further 150 jobs for local people – taking its workforce to more than 350 next year.
CC33’s recruitment drive comes at a time the company has experienced a series of expansions and client wins in 2019. The contact centre has also already created more than 150 positions within the business in the last 12 months.
Boasting 30 clients across various sectors, the firm plan to bring on more blue-chip clients to their client base in 2020.
The company recently appointed Head of People and HR, Head of Compliance and Head of Management Information in order to increase focus and support across the business.
Earlier this year, CC33 also opened their third office on Ecclesall Road and adds to their other Sheffield office situated on Allen Street in Shalesmoor and their Rotherham office on Mansfield Road.
The firm also has a dedicated arm of the business, ‘Boutique’, that focusses on providing bespoke services for start-ups and smaller businesses and who require a more tailored approach to their outsourcing needs.
